SafePK is NOT a government department, ministry, or regulatory agency.

• We hold no official authority, legal standing, or partnership with federal, regional, or international government bodies.
• We are a completely independent, non-profit public awareness initiative.
• Humara Pakistan ke kisi bhi sarkari idare se koi rasta ya direct taaluq nahi hai. Hum sirf awareness phailate hain.

2. No Law Enforcement or Crime Investigation Capabilities

SafePK is NOT a law enforcement agency (LEA), police department, or cybercrime investigation wing.

• No Investigation: SafePK does NOT investigate cybercrimes, frauds, online scams, identity thefts, or threats. We do not arrest suspects or gather judicial evidence.
• No Recovery Services: SafePK does NOT hack, recover, unlock, or access user accounts (such as hacked Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, or banking profiles). We do not provide recovery-on-demand services.
• Official Redirection: All actual cybercrimes, financial frauds, and blackmailing complaints must be submitted directly to the relevant authorities, such as the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) or the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).

3. Information Accuracy & Guidance Limits

SafePK provides awareness, guidance, educational resources, and automated draft generators strictly for helper purposes.
