Our mission is simple: To help make Pakistan digitally secure, aware, and protected from online scams, fraud, cybercrime, fake calls, phishing attacks, and digital threats.

We help users quickly find official complaint portals, verified contact information, cybersecurity awareness resources, and reporting channels from trusted Pakistani institutions. Our goal is to reduce cybercrime awareness gaps and help users reach the correct official authorities safely.

SafePK only provides secure access to official complaint resources and educational information. Users submit complaints directly to the relevant official organizations through those entities' own validated systems.

SafePK believes privacy and absolute confidentiality are fundamental human rights. Because SafePK does not collect or store sensitive user information, the risk of personal data exposure on our platform is completely non-existent.

SafePK operates strictly as an independent, community-driven cybersecurity education registry.

SafePK:

• Is NOT affiliated with, operated by, endorsed by, or partnered with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), National Cybersecurity Command (NCCIA), PTA, NADRA, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), provincial police forces, commercial banks, or digital wallet organizations.
• Does NOT process digital complaints directly.
• Does NOT investigate online cybercrime incidents.
• Does NOT guarantee specific inquiry outcomes or recovery.
• Does NOT provide official legal assistance or professional consulting.

All complaints are handled exclusively by their respective official regulatory organizations. Users must always verify safety directories through the direct official domains of state institutions or certified bank sites.
