All content provided on SafePK is made available free of charge strictly for public cyber safety awareness, digital education, and social engineering fraud prevention:

• Interactive simulation and checking models (such as the Scam Detector and Password Strength Meter) are designed to improve your awareness. They do not constitute absolute software safety certifications and do not replace professional security auditing software.
• The contact numbers and direct links to banking helpdesks or security authorities are aggregated for public convenience. SafePK does not oversee or control the operations of these external institutions.

Any abusive, malicious, or illegal behaviour on this platform is strictly prohibited. The user agrees that:

• The Scam Detector and reporting mechanisms shall not be misused. Falsely reporting or defaming individuals or using fake numbers is strictly forbidden.
• Users shall not input malicious command codes, script execution attacks, DDoS parameters, or SQL injection queries into the application's text fields.
• The website's source code, layouts, and graphics shall not be copied, plagiarized, or repurposed for unverified commercial claims.

The text contents, interactive quiz algorithms, awareness graphics logic, custom layout assets, and software scripts are the intellectual property of the SafePK platform. However, to foster digital literacy, we grant permission to print and distribute our public safety awareness banners (found in the Resources Section) in educational institutions or on social media, provided the original attribution remains intact.

Our website contains links and contact details for the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), self-service digital block portals of local commercial banks, and other official authorities. SafePK does not guarantee the content, availability, server security, or reliability of these third-party links. Accessing external links is strictly at your own discretion.

SafePK and its volunteer team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, temporary, or secondary financial losses, digital network frauds, bank account compromises, or data security breaches occurring in your interactions online:

SafePK operates strictly without requiring user accounts, emails, or logins, which guarantees we do not log or store any user details or sensitive actions on our servers.

SafePK operates on an independent, ad-free model to provide critical cybersecurity education to the public. If you wish to support our platform mission, cover direct hosting infrastructure cost, or view donation guidelines, please visit our dedicated Donation and Support page.

Absolutely no features, badges, or certificates are restricted by voluntary donations. Our public pledge remains to deliver maximum security protection freely to all citizens of Pakistan.

Tampering with SafePK safety certificates or submitting them to any public verification platform as counterfeit security credentials is a strictly prohibited legal offense. Certifications are provided exclusively for personal digital safety assessment records and educational encouragement purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies automatic acceptance of any updated guidelines.

The governance and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions are aligned with the federal laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016) and standard official financial security advisories.
